2 Timothy 1:7; Psalm 91; Psalm 27:1
HIM: Praise God that He is Jehovah-Sabaoth, the Lord of Hosts. Thank God that He has not given us a spirit of fear but of power, love, and of sound mind.
THEM: Pray for the people of this city that struggle with fear.
Pray that we as a church can shine the light of Christ on the dark places.
Pray that whether fears are rational or irrational we can reassure people in the community that God doesn’t want them to fear, but to find strength in Him.
US: Worship and Arts Ministries: Pray for JT as he leads us in times of worship every Sunday.
Pray that the Lord leads him and the Holy Spirit uses him as we enter into worship.
Pray for guidance and direction in his life as school, and other responsibilities begin.
Pray for people to offer their gifts in the different areas of worship and arts ministry so that we can expand and use people in these areas.
Pray for the current members of our worship the as the Lord uses them that they would be blessed for walking in their gift.
YOU: Have you failed to walk in the gifts that God has given you because you have allowed fear to hold you back? Is there a specific are you avoid working in because of fear you are struggling with? Do you understand that God has given us authority in Christ and that you have nothing to fear?
HIM: Thank God that He doesn’t want fear to overtake us, but that He wants us to live in freedom and victory and point others in the same direction.
